"Infinity" is a concept of our mind, not a thing in the real universe. In fact, we use the word for different ideas. For instance, something is "infinite" in time if there is no beginning or end. But the idea of "infinity" only exists if there is someone to think of it -- and therefore it started with the first person thinking of it.

Positive numbers keep going and wrap around through infinity into negative numbers. So it doesn't have a beginning or an end.

let me first define infinity:

INFINITY- the condition of unboundedness in terms of time, space, or any other quantity...

in definition, since it is a condition of unboundedness, there is no start...

it is also a time without end...

However, the condition of infinity may be lost when we speak of God's time...

It has no beginning or end, but the condition of infinity may eventually be destroyed.

:)

p.s. Infinity is different from timelessness...

You are mixing ideas. Infinity has no beginning or end. Only a finite concept has beginning and end. Infinity cannot be measured, by definition. If it can be measured, then it is finite.
