I like the clean steal of home .. exactly what Crawford did a few weeks back ... how can you not like that.

The rundown, especially if the runner is good and can make it last. It's even more exciting when there's someone else on base. There's just so much happening and everyone on the field is moving.

I also like seeing a third-baseman make a diving or running grab of a ground ball down the line and throw across the diamond to get the out. I played third base in college, and it was always the high-light of the game for me when I did that.

I love seeing a triple play and a home run, but I find a surprise bunt with the bases loaded and no out to be exciting.

The pitcher protects home plate as the runners advance, after the bunt is laid down.

If the runner is thrown out at home, the very next batter is under pressure if his team is behind...Hit the long sacrifice fly, go for the hit, another bunt..especially if its the ninth inning and the batters team is behind by 2 or more runs...What to do....What to do...???

Hmmmm...

Whenever an outfielder sacrifices their body to make a catch then slams into the wall.

Always intriguing to watch for two reasons. One, if the fielder can make the catch AND hang on after they hit the wall. Two, it also seperates the elite fielders from the good ones very quickly. Elite players are willing to try and make the catch, whereas most others will play it safely off the wall.

The most exciting plays, would be if in the last inning someone hits a home run to give their team the lead, then turn an triple play in the bottom half to win the game, THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE, BUT IT WOULD BE AMAZING

A specific play....well definetely the walk-off hr, just like the one Aaron Boone had in 2003 against the Red Sox in Game 7 of the ALCS.....those are the plays that will be in your memory for a lifetime (That was the greatest game i ever saw)

If my team is up, then an inside the park home run is the most spectacular. If my team is out in the field, then a double play to end an inning is the most satisfying -- espeically when an outfielder is involved.

One of the best baseball plays was a musical in the 1950s called "Damn Yankees" and it's feature song was "You Gotta Have Heart."

I personally enjoy it when an outfielder robs a grand slam and then doubles up at least one of the runners. This saves four runs and gets two outs.

A called third strike is cool, but I like stolen bases the best. What a great rule. I don't know of anything like that in other sports. I guess it appeals to my independent (doesn't like rules) side.
