ok well looks first..probably hairstyle and clothes. but a cute face and smile will pretty much take over for me and i won't be looking at much else.
after the looks...the first thing i notice is if the guy has something to say. alot of ppl talk alot but don't say much. or they have one preferred topic...themselves. and usually have no sense of humor.
so i look for his sense of humor, humility, and personality. if he has one.

On both, I notice their facial expressions because body language tells a lot about a person. Eyes and mouths in particular reveal the most. So I notice if they're interested or bored, smiling but not really happy, glancing at other people and sending them the "evil eye" because they're really jealous, etc.

Personal hygiene! Of course I look at whether the guy is cute or not but if he smells like jar of eau de armpit-icky

first thing i notice is the way they carry themselves...confidence is a huge turn on and then it would have to be eyes...dark gorgeous eyes
