As a professional mortgage planner I'd advise you to stay away from any third party companies that say they can help you pay off your mortgage early.
If you are interested in cutting down the term on your mortgage there are several SAFE ways to do it. I would be more than happy to discuss with you, your situation and how you could accomplish this.
One way to trim a few years off if to get into a bi-weekly payment option. This can cut approximately six years off a 30 year loan.

I just paid off my mortgage last summer after 8 years. I just did it though the mortgage company.

Those things are a ripoff. If you want to pay off your mortgage early just calculate how much extra you need to pay each month and add that to your monthly payment.
