go to the US Postal web sit and you can put your stamps with whatever likeness and then buy them. I use Zazzle, I put my pictures I like on the stamps and them leave them for other people to buy or I just have family and friends buy them. Its cool. Have fun.

The Postal service has a new thing,you can design your own stamps!I think the web site is USPS.gov.Good luck.

The Postal Service has a department for that purpose. You can send a letter with your request and see what happens. As it is the Federal Government, I doubt if they would use the services of a non-government employee.

did u want it for yourself or friends, or nationwide? theres a site called photostamps.com where u can put personal pics on a stamp. maybe u can find a way to put ur art too. (it's not cheap)
