in the FMA the movie who was the fuhrer? and that guy (i keep forgeting his name)the one who looks like the guy who keeps talking about his child.was he with the nazi or not because in the middle of the movie he was but it dosen't seem like he is at the end and what happen to the nazis at the end.i didn't get the ending.

The man they keep referring to as the Fuhrer in the movie was Hilter. The movie is set in Munich 1923. Quoted from Wikipedia "In 1923 Hitler and his supporters, who at that time were concentrated in Munich, staged the Beer Hall Putsch, an attempt to overthrow the Weimar Republic and seize power. The revolt failed, resulting in Hitler's arrest and the temporary crippling of the Nazi Party, which was virtually unknown outside Munich." The search for Shambala in the movie was meant to coincide with this uprising. They were supposed to bring soldiers and or weapons back to help with the uprising (and since they didn't, they failed) They actually show a clip of Hilter fleeing after the failed attempt (or a freeze frame anyway).
Hughes was a Nazi in the movie. One could only hope something 'caused him to change his mind at the end of the movie, but you can't really tell from the short clip you see him in. (I just like Hughes too much to like him being a NAZI)

I'M THE CRAZIEST PERSON ABOUT FMA EVER
The fuhrer, in our world is also known as King Bradley who is jewish and a movie director. Maes Hughes who was shot in Ed's world is a nazi in the alternate world. At the end, the nazi's power struggle fails and their leader was killed I believe. The ending...Ed went back to the alternate world in order to destroy the gate from that side to make sure neither side would ever collide again. He orders Al to destroy from the other side, but he sneaks onto Ed's plane and stays with him while Roy Mustang destroys it from the alchemy side. Ed and Al live on together in human form in the alternate dimension...while Winry is now alone...

i would put an answer but ..roy_mustang got it right. I also love FMA and i fell in love with the movie it was just that good ^.^ If you havent seen it yet..you really should. Even though Winry was left alone i think she knew how much it meant to the Elric Brothers to be together, even if they couldnt use alchemy.
