You can donate blood once every 8 weeks. That works out to be 6.5 times per year (6 one year, 7 the next).

I believe it's once every 4-6 weeks. You can check with your blood center for their specifications. I'd plan on 6 weeks, just to be safe.

I believe you're only allowed so many per week/month...it doesn't give you an annual limit. They'll let you know if/when you go in to donate.
