Hmmmmm... have you tried using Pinnacle 10? I think it will produce video for iPod... not sure about if you want to send a commercial movie to one.

if you have mpgs, avi and wmv format videos, you need a mp4 ipod movie convertor......try cucusoft, not the best but easy to use.
after you convert the movies, add them into your library in itunes, then drag them into your ipod icon......
