You mean like, when you haven't slept in awhile, and you're driving at night....and you kinda slip out of your body for a sec. You start to see buildings where the road should be......

This sensory anomaly is sometimes related to autism.
Have you been checked? This anomaly can sometimes be triggered by various drugs; LSD, Pyote, etc.

You have synaesthesia, too? So do I! Mostly the seeing colored letters kind, but I also see colored patterns with some kinds of music.
