I am going to say it's a Gladstone collar - which is much like a tuxedo shirt with a wingtip collar, but without the tips being pressed down in present-day formal wear. These types of collars were generally worn with an ascot -- it's hard to tell in your picture, but it looks like that's what Keanu is wearing.
Hope this helps!

Take any old white dress shirt, and flip the collar up and wrap it with a tie like Keanu did. The shirt isn't special, it is the way it is wrapped up.
