its important to avoid food-borne illnesses, such as listeriosis and toxoplasmosis, which can be life-threatening to an unborn baby and may cause birth defects or miscarriage. Foods you'll want to steer clear of include:

soft, unpasteurized cheeses (often advertised as "fresh") such as feta, goat, Brie, Camembert, and blue cheese
unpasteurized milk, juices, and apple cider
raw eggs or foods containing raw eggs, including mousse and tiramisu
raw or undercooked meats, fish, or shellfish
processed meats such as hot dogs and deli meats (these should be well-cooked)
fish that are high in mercury, including shark, swordfish, king mackeral, or tilefish

And although many doctors feel that one or two 6- to 8-ounce cups per day of coffee, tea, or soda with caffeine won't harm your baby, it's probably wise to avoid caffeine altogether if you can. High caffeine consumption has been linked to an increased risk of miscarriage, so limit your intake or switch to decaffeinated products.

I saw someone say that peanut butter gives alergies to the unborn, first time I hear this and I believe it untrue otherwise EVERYTHING you eat would make the baby allergic. They give you peanut butter for the iron it contains. You can eat anything your heart desires or tummy wants except those the OB tells you not to eat and they have a list of the real dangerous foods to avoid. Ask your OB for the food listing. But you must stay away from sweets, salts, starches, hot sauce and if you want mayonnaise only to a minimum bec it's made w/ eggs and if spoiled is a danger for salmonella, so are eggs, chicken and turkey. Pork carries some other bacteria.

Everything you eat as in meats needs to be thoroughly cooked and eat plenty of leafy green and bright colored veggies with plenty of WATER.

BEANS?!! Why the hell can't you eat beans?!!

Girl, beans are very good for you cause its high in iron. If you couldn't eat beans, WIC wouldn't give it then. But anyways,
As long as you keep a well balanced diet, eating your fruits and veggies. Stay low in fats and try to avoid salty foods. If you feel like eating something sugary then just take it at a limit. And don't forget to drink lots and lots of water.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/f87e9

Your not suppose to eat a lot of pickles because of the salt in them. I just learned that this weekend because my cousin is pregnant and she was craving pickles and both my mom and her mom yelled at her. It's the worst thing you can eat I guess.

I can't remember if they said mecury or salt. I can't remember. But I do know they said you can't eat them because of one of those.

the best thing to do is stay away from taboo foods for pregnancy (ie. tuna, raw fish), but you should really be at the top of your health to help baby get the best development. If the baby doesn't get the nutrients that she needs, than she will take it from you and you will be missing out. Stay away from FATTY FOODS and things that will upset your gallbladder. No one talks about how many pregnant women get their gallbladder removed postpardem, but it's common and it sucks to have to be away from your newborn. I was hospitalized for two weeks after my daughter turned 10 days old. good luck
