I don't get it. Help me understand their lack of correct punctuation.

maybe there was already a band called Panic at the Disco...so they put the "!" to avoid copyright laws...*shrugs shoulders*

it is tring to say that they are expressing there feeling strongly for the PANIC part of there name Panic! at the Disco......

thats the way they wrote it it means PANIC! at the disco they are yelling in the same as singing it...

its an exclamation mark. its used when u want to express ur feelings loudly.
