There's some mixed information here...
The first hour was a repeat from the previous week, as the show tends to do. The person eliminated was Rachel (not Heather!) for falling apart in the kitchen.
The second hour was a new episode, where Mirabel (who is Latina, not black) was eliminated due to a lack of leadership abilities. I suspect that she'll be happier back with her family anyway.

There were two shows on July 17th. At the end of the first hour, Heather was booted off. At the end of the 2nd hour, Mirabel was shown the door for not having "Leadership talent"

it was a 2 hour. There were two sent home. first was Mirabel, then was -- damn I can't remember her name....the older woman, the "rather masculine" female.
