I'd buy either the new Honda Hybrid or get a later model Toyota Prius again mostly because they are fuel efficient. The hybrid SUV's cost too much and aren't really fuel efficient enough to justify the initial cost.
There are some fuel efficient gas models for both cars and SUV's but I'm hooked on the cool hybrid technology.

suv if i had a family or took a lot of road trips, sedan if i was married without kids or single... i like the mercedes c240 its cute, classy and affordable, i love range rovers but on the more affordable side i like honda crvs and grand cherokee jeeps
