My sister as well as a friend of mine have both had abortions. They were both teenagers at the time and not ready to become parents in that their lives were unstable and they weren't mature enough to take on the responsibility. They recognized this in themselves and made the choice to seeking an abortion of their fetus. My sister is still sad that she had to make that choice but continues to feel it was the right one and is happy she did it. My friend also feels similarly to my sister. They both sought mental health assistance after-wards to work through the grief and guilt they were feeling as well, which was a big help to both of them. Guilt came mostly due to the negative support both of them received from some people who felt they needed to force a political agenda rather than being a friend. I hope you have a friend that will support you in your decision.

No, being a man, but my brother and some friends have counseled hundreds of women who have. The emotional toll is great when you take the life of an unborn innocent. I am told that many they have counseled have come in for help 15 or 20 years AFTER the occasion - they are still hurting from it. I hope this helps.

May God's Grace and Peace be with you.

My sister had one, I tried to talk her out of it, but she chose too and I was there for her anyway because she's my sister. She told me when she went in that everything would be alright and not to worry. When she came out she was a mess, she couldn't help to think that maybe it was a mistake and to this day she wonders that. She did this 13 years ago,and thinks about it all the time.
