Oh you must look for these bands you were on your wrist it's called "Seaband" they are made for really to be worn while flying, boat rides... etc.
They can be found at your local pharmacy you know like Rite-Aid, Walgreens.
Hope it works, I remember those days. I now have 2 lovely girls who really keep me on my toes. Good Luck!!

Oh my I so feel you. I had it so bad too. I'm 20 weeks now and i still have a touch of it. But for some reason water helped me...I don't really know how to explain it. I would get sick from the sight of food. That is the only thing that worked for me..crackers and stuff like that didn't help me either. Good Luck! hopefully after the first trimester it will go away.

I found bananas helped (high in potassium too which is good) . Other things that seemed to do something were sugar-free jello, popcorn and yoghurt and sugar-free ice pops. I found anything sugary made me feel worse. The lemonade will do a number on your stomach if you're having a problem with acid-reflux. When all else fails try sucking on ice chips. Best of luck

Oh hunnie I know how you feel. I lost ten pounds in my first trimester because I was so sick. Tread lightly.
What helped me was toast sometimes plain, sometimes with a little peanut butter and actually gingerale. Try not to gulp it down though. Ginger is good for an upset stomach. If you're that ill and can't even keep water down talk to your doctor. He/She may be able to prescribe some anti-nausea medication, I had to take it.
It gets better I promise!! Hopefully you will only feel sick for 2 more weeks or so.
Congratulations!

Instead of drinking lemonade you can smell a lemon which you can carry w/ you, and as well you can try ginger ale or diet 7up, or carry some chewable antacids Tums (in the plastic bottle) they are kind of sweet and sour and have calcium (I was asked to use them by my OB), you can try some seltzer water w/ cherry taste or the new water with a taste of orange called Fruit2o. But always carry the lemon and squeeze it to smell the zest, it kind of cuts all smells and may help w/ nausea. Good luck.

ROOT BEER IS AWESOME!!! I have two girls and both times I felt sick alot. I tried everything in the world. Eating crackers would sometimes help but definitely the Root Beer straight out of the can did it for me morning and night. My doctor said that ginger root is an ingredient that helps with nausea. Definitely worked for me. Good Luck!

Stop drinking lemonade... to much acid in it...7Up will settle your tummy
maybe oatmeal for breakfast...
chicken for lunch...baked not fried...
and what ever you want for dinner.
stay away from coffee Spagetti sauce and if sweets doesnt agree with you Ketchup...has more sugar then a candy bar, ounce for ounce..

Try the seasickness bracelets available at any pharmacy. They worked very well for my wife.
The anti-nausea lollipops at the baby store were a find also.

I've had several friends who used Coke syrup. You can buy it over the counter at your local pharmacy. I have to admit I couldn't because of the sugar in it (diabetic), But my friends said it worked fairly well.
