Just carefully take it out - it shouldn't be that hard. I took mine out several years ago and the hole closed. :(

A nose ring....use ring opening pliers to slowly stretch the ring open and pop the bead out. Twist the CBR until the opening is on your nose and take the ring off.
If you mean a nostril screw - you may want to see your piercer the first time, this is tricky. You have to figure out if it is a right or left twist, pul the straight part out and down, then twist in the proper direction until the jewelry is out.

Do you have a ring, or a screw? A ring you just unscrew the ball if there is one and then spread it open w/pliers... needle nose work good.. if you have a screw they are a pain. You just have to play with it alot.. After I got mine out I bought these ones called bend to fit and you just bend the end over and stick it in and it stays right in your nose but slides out easily.
If you need help go to a piercer.. they will usually take it out or change it for you for little to no cost. The last thing you want to do while trying to take it out is rip it.

Pull very hard. Although, I do have to point out that this would be almost meaningless...
Boonquifa's left nostril occupies the same area in space as the average Lowes. There's more than enough surface area present to repeat this procedure several thousand times.
Also, if performed in her usual habitat, you run the risk of the Welfare Office's security guard tossing you out on the street (where you'll be rolled by her seven illegitimate kids - all from different fathers, of course).

Is it a nose ring or nose screw? The ring, just pop it out & drop it in hydrogen perioxide & dip a q-tip in periox to clean the piercing. With a screw, you have to unscrew it carefully, then repeat above actions.

I heard its like a loose tooth. Put a string on it, tie it to the doorknob, and slam the door. Doesn't paint a very nice picture does it?
