Is your last name Steinbrenner? They don't have to cheat. They have excellent pitching rotation with pitchers like Pedro Martinez and a stacked lineup with a lot of clutch hitters such as Carlos Beltran and Carlos Delgado.
I would say though that the reason they are winning so much is that the NL has a lot less quality competition than the AL does. The only way the Mets could be cheating is if you consider having a huge payroll cheating, then I would ask you why you are targeting the Mets instead of the Yankees, the Yankees have the largest payroll of all sports.
