For good jewelry? Some place that doesn't sell silver painted low grade steel jewelry...like a real jeweler.
They are the same company. Icing just charges more.

It doesn't really matter, Icing and Claires are owned by the same company. I like Claires for jewelry, and Icing for makeup. They both have good jewelry though.

Both are cheap, and they are the same store. Claires is the Icing. Claires has cute earings though. That is the only thing I buy from there.

Claire's is cheap. Icing is expensive, but the quality is definitely better. But neither would qualify as "good" jewelery!

I think Icing is for older tweens. They are of the same company, but i think Icing would be more mature.

Both of those stores have cheap tacky jewelry. I bought a cute ring from there and it turned my finger green.
