Don't delete them. They do not take up much space.
I do recomend that you run "Disc Cleanup". Go to Start, Control Panel, Performance And Maintenence and select Free Up Space On Your Hard Disc and click OK each time it asks you. Also run under perfomance and maintenence "Rearrange Items On Your Hard Disk To Make Programs Run Faster". Do both of these once a month. And your computer will not collect "junk" like most peoples do.

These are for Java. Unless you use a lot of java games/applets online, you can go ahead and delete them. You can always reinstall them from java.sun.com if you need them again.
