If you wish to compile the data of your own, you may contact Registrars of various courts in each State and can have information as on a date.
Sometimes reputed law education and training institutes have information on these numbers, but authenticity may not be there.
You may also get in touch with the Registrar of the High Court nearest to you, perhaps his office could extend you a practical help.
