1) strong beliefs/faith (even if not exactly like my own, I like a little room for discussion)
2) sense of humor (about circumstances, himself, the world)
3) respect (for everyone, even people who have no direct influence on his status, paycheck, whatever)
4) attitude (content with life and yet ambitious enough to work hard)
5) willing to admit when he is wrong, but stands up when he is right (know what battles are worth fighting for and which to let go)
