Just wondering if you could clearify exactly what revolution you are talking about. If you are talking about in the US I don't see a revolution happening for a long time. There aren't any issues right now that are big enough to start a war over. Plus our society just isn't set up for it. During the civil war every home had a gun, which is no longer true. And the guns that people had were the same technology that the military was using. Any attempt at a revolution right now would be crushed.

Yeah it's true, it's too true. But by "the revolution" if you mean the inevitable chaos that comes from too many people living on this one small world, then I confess only to this, that I am in the process of becoming prepared. High value protein in the form of beans, this is a must. Store them, in secure containers. Oh, you'll need a weapon, that's for sure. Harsh rhetoric will not be enough this time. It's going to be fairly terrible, and not many of us are going to make it. If you're daft, and you mean some kind of socialist revolution, then get sorry quickly, the death-cult of the Islamic Jihadist Islamofascists has already raised its army of children who want nothing more than your anihilation. Get to the river, become washed of your sins, watch and observe, the end is near, unless we can "FLY" away from our Earth. UC Steve

*What* revolution do you refer to?

I personally don't think *any* of these religious nutcases (or their declared faiths in general) has it right.....if you can *see* the end of days coming, guess what, it isn't going to *happen*, duh. :P

And as for politics, every political movement *worldwide* has sold out and been bought up lock stock and barrel by the CEOs. All of it. Same with the Mass Media, all corporate owned. Ditto with the Internet.

Or do you mean a Second U.S. Civil War? Not happening, you do realize we have Pinky and the Brain in charge in D.C. right? They are *begging* for another act of terrorism to hand them on a silver platter the chance to create the Police State they've wanted since Day One. They watch old footage of the Tanks at Tiannamen Square as Porn, ok? As tempting as an armed insurrection sounds, as sound as the Vonnegut Solution is, we can't use it unless we *want* freedom to be hunted down and killed where it lives, with the ordinary civilians.

So....What Revolution? I'm curious more than anything. :) Surely you aren't talking *Nintendo* are you? That system has the weakest hardware specs of the next-gen game systems out there...

Personally....only way I can see things getting better in any sort of *revolutionary* way is for me to think *really* laterally because all the *linear* methods of getting around are tightly sealed up by the whackjobs, religious freaks, CEOs, and/or parties the first three *own*.

I see a revolution coming, but it won't be coming quite the way *anyone* expects, and things will have *plenty* of room to get worse before they get better. ;)

Email me if you wish to swap hypotheses, assuming you are NOT just a shill of Nintendo's. :p

hmmm...yes...but "WHO?" and "WHY?" might be some other questions you may ask. I mean, are you talking about the revolution in yourself? your family, your neighborhood, your country, the World? Sure iam prepared...

Probably not, dearheart, but like usual, I'll have to clean up after it. Try not to make such a mess this time as you did the last.
