I believe my ex is just being spiteful by not visiting with our son who is 10 months old now. He's only seen him on 6 occasions. He has 2 other sons from a previous marriage, and spends time with them every week for the past 2 years. This is not fair for my son who does not know his father. What kind of legal action can I take for visitations to be enforced? I was told that once he's paying child support, hes only obligated to see him once a year. I need some answers. This is not right.

By the sound of it, he's better off not knowing his father. Anyone who treats a child that way has big issues and why would you want to subject a child to that? He doesn't deserve to be a father. Hopefully one day you will meet a man who will treat your son and you with love and respect.

I believe the child is under your custody. Then so long he paying the child support, no law to force him for visiting your child.

you cant force a man to care about his child, belive me i finally had to give up after 8 years. the only thing that makes it better is i have all their love and he dosent, hes missing out on so much. but that is his choice.
