I tell you honestly, I have had great success at gaining weight over the past few months. I eat alot in the morning and lunch. Watch a ton of TV. Eat a nice supper with a lot of desert. Then, (here is the clincher) I eat as much ice cream as I can before bed. Sleep ten hours and do it all over the next day! Guaranteed to work.

Well if you want to grow, I suggest eat more protein and vegetables. But since your 26, you might not grow at all. To gain weight, don't eat junk food. Eat healthy foods, and maybe add double desserts or something. You could have a healthy breakfast and lunch, and then order a pizza (eating all you'd like). Hopefully my advice helped!

I'm not sure about growing, after 21 the body is pretty much finished, but protein is a good way to gain weight. There are protein shakes, peanut butter, and things like that.

It's all about thirds. fat/protein/carbs, the right kinds of each will help you boost your T and grow grow grow. ( I'm assuming you lift) if not you should start a regular workout an go slowly from there. I have a close friend 5'4 185 lbs 6% body fat. He got that way on the squat till you puke routine but I don't have that much time on my hands.

eat high protein meals and take a protein shake that contains at least 56 grams of protein
also take creatine like the above no explode is good but be carefull it makes you feel like you have had 4 cups of coffee
also just workout 5-6 times a week

Eat Murder king I mean *Cough* Burger King more! and eat tubs of pure butter! You may clog a few arteries but you wil definatley gain some lbs.!

I would suggest protein supplements and eating seven to eight high protien meals a day. Not large meals just eat more often and workout like a raped ape!

if your looking for weight you should really try some weight gainer for athletes...if your looking for muscle try some no xplode from BSN... tht stuff works wonders...theres really nothin you can do for height though....but you should really try some high protein and some no xplode.....another option is some creatine which is an ingredient in no xplode.....you can get this stuff at like a GNC or a vitamin store...

take slimfast but with meals that will freakin make u gain like crazy do it with everymeal for a week i gaurentee you will be 15 heavier by the end of the week
