Buy a book on it (many authors) better yet become adept at "experiencing" how people's posture changes as you talk to them or others. Vocal "tone" is another clue.
It has been shown that up to 80% of all communication is non-verbal!

If they lean forward while you talk, then they're interested in what you're saying. If they lean back, with arms crossed maybe, then that means they're not interested.
It's the little things that you have to pay attention to.

you have to look at the way they say their words and how they move their body when they talk..usually someone moves their body to go along with what they r saying to make it more obvious or what not

well, it is sign language, or lip reading.
first, you have to learn what the positions mean, as if they were words.

In general, if someone is open and accepting with you, their posture will reflect this. If closed, the same (ie., legs crossed, arms crossed...).
