how do you make banners that flash?

yeah i need to know how to make banners that flash or change or whatever
if you know how...tell me please

Use any image editing program and save it as an animated gif...you could also get Macromedia Flash and make a flash banner. Although internet advertisers are moving toward flash banners, I recommend sticking with an animated gif, as it is guaranteed to work on 100% of modern computers.

go to http://www.cooltext.com for banners and logos for free. or you'll have to buy a flash program. have a nice day. :)
