Watch the news. If you believe it you are a subject of propaganda from one side or the other. The biggest technique is to tell the same lie over and over until you believe it yourself. That's how the media does it. Just like all the crap going on in Israel. Because there is so much Jewish influence in American media and politics, the Israeli crisis (another one, I might add) has taken center stage (again) and all other news, news that actually affects us and our lives, falls by the wayside so we can be propagandized into thinking that what happens in Israel is a real concern to us. We are brainwashed by the repetition of all the media outlets that we should care every time someone sneezes in Israel. But should we?

That is just one current and primary example of how propaganda works in our society - particularly for mass consumption.

And as a footnote, can you recall EVER hearing the other side allowed to voice their explanations of what is happening in the Middle East? Think about that and wonder why. Propaganda, maybe?

The press is loaded with them. Leaking the NSA wiretaps, just days before the renewal vote of the patriot act. Congress throws out a word, a lie, a phrase, the press grabs it and tries to make it a truth. Al gores movie. Michael Moore's movie. All propaganda.

Let's see.

Deliberate omissions and outright lies in textbooks (do you know what our children are learning?).

Political hogwash. Okay, that's a gimme.

Fatten them up, park them in front of computers, plug them in, turn them on. Sound like anyone you know?

"We're doing this for the sake of our children" -- favorite of school boards, law enforcement, and Congress.

Induced paranoia -- they're out to get us -- see any mention of Homeland Security.

Wagging the dog. Doesn't even have to be untrue, just deliberately distracting you from whatever is really going on.

Hyphenated-American. Oh, yes, let's make sure to emphasize our differences, then, instead of pulling together to make things work. A favorite of liberals.

And lots more.

It isn't even subtle any more. No hypnosis, no drugs, no subliminal programming required. Just a calculated appeal to our mass stupidity and selfishness. And it works, really, really well. Look around.

Nutcase conservatives love the scare tactic routine. And when people accuse them of doing just that they play the "you hate America" card.

Conservatives (who have done more to screw America) try to guilt trip people into believing that if they don't tow the conservative line then they hate America.

Great way to manipulate people but it's old. People aren't buying that one as much anymore. They see that the same people who say these things also managed to weasel their way out of going to war.

But the scare tactics and the "you hate America" routine will go on even after elections. If people don't buy that "you hate America" routine, then the conservatives will try to scare you. And if you have no fears, they'll be more then happy to give you some.

Subliminal Brainwashing

News agencies are the most dominant. Then, magazines, movies, music, and even "history" books follow close by as they are altered by political groups and factions who make changes to better manipulate the minds of the young and mold them into what they want them to be. History is written by the winners, media is recorded history.
