First Question: How do you know someone is accessing your computer remotely?

Second Question: What operating system are you using? (you don't tell us... that's kinda important)

Third Question: What do you mean by "Sharing your computer"?

If you answer these questions, maybe we can give you some good answers!

I guess your asking how to break a remote desktop connection from any unwanted source?

Find and remove the program that is allowing the connection to take place.

First open cmd.exe and then type ipconfig/release this will drop your PC's IP addy n thus make it IMPOSSIBLE for you to connect to anything and vice versa (to get your addy back type ipconfig/renew)

Now after you've severed any connection run any and all scanners you have and check your PC top to bottom since it's likely unless you've install a remote assisting program then you've got a trojan.

If you are able to find out what's in your PC then using another PC look up online at anti-virus website about what the problem is and how they recommend removing it.

Before you remove anything tho turn off system restore so your PC doesn't make a restoration point and unknowingly reinstall the problem.

If you feel your PC has been compromised badly then I suggest reformatting, tho a pain it will gurantee a clean PC.

You have to call your service provider. It can be a real problem. They had to experiment with different settings to correct my problem...and it lasted for maybe two weeks (and at that point I was grateful)...then they had to disable my encryption code...and this provided a more permanent solution as it made my signal stronger and it seemed to override all other strengths. I then insisted on some very long cable and I converted it from wireless to cable whenever I couldn't hold my connection. This seemed to work best for me. Wireless service is still in its infancy and they are still working out the kinks.
