Yes, About 15 years ago in Connecticut. It hovered above our apartment complex then The power went out and it took off.

Yeah I did at a A's game once. Barry Zito was pitching to Ichiro, and all of the sudden when the ball was going from Zito's hand to Ichiro's bat, a ray beem appeared, and the ball DISappeared. What a scene.
