Now, I'm no math major but this is what I got:
- 15/7 * 7/2 * 9/20
- 105/14 * 9/20 = 945/280 = 3.375

As I tell my students, when dealing with mixed fractions like 2 1/7, it's best to first convert to an improper fraction.
This way, you are always multiplying fractions with a number on top and a number on bottom. Once you've got everything in this format, you simply multiply all the numerators together to get your new numerator, and multiply all the deonominators together to get your new denominator.
For example, 1 / 2 x 3 / 5 = (1 x 3 ) / ( 2 x 5 ) = 3 / 10.
