I drink diet pop all day. I think the problem is with the caffeine, its not good for you. And Mountain Dew has the most!

I drink sodas usually about 1-2 times a month in very little amounts... Sodas are not good for you, try to substitute with juice or water. All the diet sugars, are known to cause certain forms of cancer and affects the body in other negative ways as well...

It's not the best, but it's not bad. The artificial sweetners, which are supposedly the devil, are no more likely to cause cancer than most other foods you eat. You're safe at virtually any dose of diet soda, but it is wisest to keep it to a minimum. Try flavored waters and maybe a caffeine pill, it's much healthier!
