And all what does that do? yousuffers, you feel, you love, likes, you fight, you survive... why all of the efforts & sacrifices we make just to live in this life, and any then dying of dispair, even if you won't even be remembered?

It's a difficult concept for humans to grasp. Inevitably, sooner or later, we're going to die. But do we have to get old and frail? Why can't we keep going, forever?

What are your thoughts? Why must we die?

may sound stupid...i just want your views and ideas. Thanks!

(dont tell me to read the bible.have a nice day)

I think we would be a bit over crowded by now. Everyone gets a chance.

Oh, I know we're all going to die eventually-I almost died when I was a baby, in fact, because of an open heart surgery. Like I was telling someone today, "I would like to live as long as I can, because I might not have been here at all." I would rather exist than not exist, wouldn't you? But I would not want to live forever, that would make me tired and I would get bored.

Some people say that we don't die at all, that we reincarnate; others say that there is Heaven. I think both philosophies are correct.

This would be one crowded place if we never passed away!
Can u imagine?!
I am terrified to die. It is so final.
It does not seem fair that we go through so freakin much and then poof it is over so easy just like that.
Physically we are born dieing. There is no getting around it. No magic pill or cure.
My dad was in a coma from meningitis. It was horrible. He held on for 8 days. I saw him on a Sunday night and talked to him about everything. It was like I knew deep deep down this was my last chance. They put him on morphine that night and around 6 am he passed on. I think he knew it was time to let go. We got to say goodbye. Even though he was in a coma I know he heard me.
He was young in his early 70's. His meningitis could of been prevented. It came from a rotten tooth! So there you are people take care of your teeth!
Funny stuff happened after he died. All electrical things I owned or he owned one by one broke out of no where! Since spirits are technically energy it made sense to me that it was him trying to contact me.
Maybe just maybe it is a different life but we still get to see our loved ones.
At least I hope so! :)

Jesus was sent her as an example for his people sent by God and it is God's will for people to be born to go thru many trials and tribulations and by dying we get to live with our Father and there will be no more dying, no more tears, and streets paved with gold that's why you live as a christian and you will have many reward in heaven and when you pass you have fulfilled your mission every living thing is born and every thing dies that's life and just think this is your physical body but your spirit never dies....may God bless you and just live life for what it is !!

We die so we don't kill the world faster than it already is dying. I think our purpose is to help nurture, and garden this beautiful place, our home. Every new generation are our strong successors, if you will, to keep this planet's existence alive. unfortunately we're doing a really bad job of it. "You can't even trust the air you breathe, because mother earth wants us all to leave."

It sucks to die, but it's apart of life. It would be really nice to die being young, but live to 100. If we lived forever, we would end up killing each other to make room and/or to make descendants of our own.

Because it's the circle of life that has occured for 2000+ years, it isn't anybodys control, other than God, and there is no way to not die.
