Open Apple + C is Copy
Open Apple + V is Paste.
But right clicking on a PC is the same as pushing the CRTL key and clicking on a MAC.
Hope this helps!
Good luck!

A lot of people don't realize that you can buy a two-button mouse for a MacBook. Just buy any USB mouse and connect it to your Mac. You now have a two-button mouse. Also, you can make it so that when you have two fingers on the trackpad and click the button, it will act as a right-click. Also, right-clicking isn't everything. Windows users have become way too dependent on this! All you have to do to copy and paste in BOTH OS's is go to Edit>Copy Edit>Paste
And there's always keyboard shortucts as well:
Mac (copy): command+c
Mac (paste): command+v
It's simple.
Hope this helped!

If you have a chance to browse mac while in store, you should check into Macintosh Tutorial or ask someone to print it out or email to you:
Point at the ? at the top right corner of the screen.
Click and hold the mouse button to access a drop-down menu.
Continue holding the mouse button and drag the pointer down the list until Macintosh Tutorial is highlighted. Release the mouse button and the tutorial will appear on your screen.
To begin the tutorial, click on the Start the Tutorial button.
Good luck

i'd might want to disagree with maximum factors of each answer thus far. even as that is genuine that abode windows isn't the most guard platform by using default, there is no "guard" platform. As a white hat hacker, i changed into experienced in viruses and exploits. that is plausible to guard a equipment to a level the position only the most stepped ahead hacker ought to crack the safe practices, yet that is after replacing permissions, replacing port activity, and ensuring documents encryption. as far as Mac certain viruses, there are literally 1000's of thousands of them. some viruses are extra benign than others, yet a plague is a plague. A Mac with default settings has been no extra frustrating to crack than a abode windows gadget nor Linux (that remains an trouble-free hack if the owner isn't attentive to safe practices.) previous those OS-certain viruses, there are multi-platform viruses floating round our on-line world. a number of that could nicely be only certain to abode windows/Mac, or Mac/Linux, or abode windows Xp/crimson Hat Linux/solar Solaris, etc. Hackers do not waste their time destroying platforms that recommend no longer some thing (except an novice,) they'll concentration on the further universal platforms used for storing considered necessary documents, or the most utilized utility interior the market to reason the most harm. interior the top, the only quite secure pc is one which would not function. (although some may dispute that is secure if it has no community connectivity.) Mac or in the different case, study the safe practices positive factors of your equipment and implement them. be certain up subsequently far safe practices utility is put in and dealing acceptable. And in case you actually care about safe practices, be sure you've a firewalled router retaining your equipment with set enable and deny permissions.

depends on what you are doing, and what application you are using, but there are two general methods...the keyboard shortcuts or the click-n-drag. the keyboard shortcuts are (if i remember correctly, tis been awhile since i used a mac) to copy, command-c and to paste command-v. to cut is command-x (the "command" key is the one with the apple icon on it.
as for the clink-n-drag, you simply highlight the stuff you want to copy, then drag it onto the application you want to copy it into, and release.

Use the key shortcuts. They have them on PC's (control C), well it's the same thing on mac's. Go for it. Mac's are better anyway.
