From what I've heard, what's left of the ninja tradition practice sexual arousal by all forms of nature.
However, arousal to one part in particular to the loss of more common parts is a fetish at best, and potentially a neurosis (although I don't claim to be an expert on psychology).
There are many people who have varying sexual tastes. Perhaps there will come a day when such an attraction would be on par with homosexuality. In fact, if you eventually became attracted to the legs of someone else of the same gender, it could be an early indication. However I don't consider myself knowledgeable on such issues, in part because I have myself been sexually confused.
I suppose the question to ask is if its a primary attraction, i.e. the main thing you are attracted to in your life, or whether it is secondary. If it is secondary it may be one way you are investigating your own sensuality, and reinforcing self-esteem. Needless to say, almost anything can be overdone. The stranger the activity, the more our social conscience should say that it is wrong to do, even in small amounts.
Be aware of irrational impulses, and fear them, because they can make you do terrible things. By telling yourself that it is okay to be engrossed in your own legs, you may unwittingly bend your own idea of what is acceptable, even in other activities. This can be dangerous.
If you lead an active life, many of us would excuse you for some private foibles. However, the less functional your life is overall, the more likely such an activity is a sign that something is wrong.
