I am going to be in a community Theatre production of Grease. We're doing our own costumes. I have the full skirt/tight sweater outfit and a full skirted prom dress, but I need a casual outfit. I want to wear pedal pushers, but I don't know what type of top to wear.

I can answer this one as a child of the fifties. Pink pedal pushers would be the best! But the thing to wear with them would be a white man-like shirt with the collar turned up and the sleeves turned up once and some chunky beads. Oh, and don't tuck the shirt in. Flat shoes.

I've been in Chicago several times and don't like the smell and all the people and congestion. Cities are too confined. I can look any direction right now and see tiny sprigs of corn sticking their little leaves towards the sky. Guess I'm a country person. Small towns are just a little higher on my like list though.

One with your initial on the right side. (You know like Laverne wore) lol Long sleeve, thick collar, turned up. Or a shirt with a poodle, oops sorry thats the skirt. lol Or a white t shirt with a leather jacket. You also need the white flat shoes with the blue stripe.

Sweater set and ballet flats for cool weather.
Madras plaid blouse and Keds (tennis shoes) for warm weather.
High pony for either.
