Can you, as in is it possible, yes but I don't know that they have ever been able to bring someone back. I think they are hoping that someone will come up with that answer while they are frozen.
Can you, as in will anyone do it. NO. Because it would be considered KILLING YOU being that there is no commonly known way to bring you back out of the frozen state.
I believe what they do is freeze you moments after you are legally pornounced dead but the tissue is still alive.

You can be frozen but the process will kill you. You can not be reawakened. With modern technology they have not been able to solve one big problem. When you are frozen the liquid in your cells expands just like ice in a bottle will if you freeze it. and just like the bottle since the cells are full they are ruptured by the expanding liquid.
so you would wake up with every cell in your body ruptured and damaged. if they can figure out how to freeze you without that happening then bingo Cyrogenics would work.

depends on the laws of your state. usually you would have to be declared at least brain dead. the tecnoliogy does not yet exist for reanamating the body after the procedure.
those that do it are hoping that at some future time . science will find a cure for their illness. just wanting to be frozen is not reason enough. plus you have to be able to pay a mataince fee for however long you are frozen so start saving your pennies as you cannot count on reatives to pay for it.

current tech will allow you to be frozen alive, no problem, unfortunately you will defrost quite dead.
water in your cells forms crystals when you are frozen, and these crystals of ice rupture tour cells. we are at least several decades away from true cryogenics or suspended animation
