He was taking advantage of post-Katrina charitable deduction limits on donations... to non-Katrina charities. Those donations allowed him to deduct 77% of his income (almost 9 million). Pretty slick. Anyhow Cheney seems to have done just a bit better than Hillary. If you were insinuating that $=corruption then you'd better check out your own team--they've got poor old Hillary beat all over.

i for my section am operating quite demanding in college, i'm only in my freshman year, yet I attend a appearing Arts Academy(only for the seems on a college app.) I surely were retaining my GPA 3.8+ I do a lot of extracurricular activities, Symphony orchestra, SCA, NHS, etc. i do not comprehend why people do not care. I only favor my children to have good lives...
