Vince Foster etc. How many?

As a Liberal and a supporter of the Clinton Administration, I think this is a very valid question. I often wondered why Ken Starr didn't focus more on this kind of stuff.
Vince Foster is conveniently found dead by the Park Police, who were guaranteed to screw up the scene and did so magnificently. Foster is also found with the alleged suicide weapon in the wrong hand.
There are also numerous deaths outside of Washington that have strange connections to White Water.
This question needs answering.

I don't recall any - and I don't recall who Vince Foster is. I was under the impression that Bill's scandals were all of a sexual nature.
