It happens before that time of the month and they also get bloated. I try massaging them but it doesn’t help much.

It is the surge of hormones prior to the start of your period..Massaging them probably do hurt that just stimulates the hormones..I took Ibuprofen or Tylenol before and during my periods and it helped cramps and breast soreness..Take what you are not allergic too and also there are meds that the physician can prescribe to help PMS...

Midol, Pamprin and most definitely Vitamin B supplements help pms symptoms. Stay away from salt as salt will make your body retain water.

it all depends on your age. like me, i'm 15 and the reason why mine will have this SORE feeling is because i'm getting older and i'm starting to become a woman. so therefore, the reason why MINE hurt is because mine are still growing . you didn't say how old you were. but if you are already grown, then you should talk to you doctor about that. but if you are MY age, then the problem is, is that they are growing. (or it could be just your hormones)

You can reduce your salt intake, and caffeine. You can also try heat and then cold packs.
