Nearly all physicians receive excellent compensation. The highest paying are cardiologists and other advanced specialists (ER surgeons, neurologists, etc). They have starting salaries of $350K+, but the catch is you need to finish med school and residency... so 4 years of med school and 10 years of residency means you don't start making that salary until you are 36 years old.
If you want the easiest bang for the buck, become a dentist. They have 4 years of dental school, no residency, and a much easier lifestyle than physicians. An average dentist makes just under ~$200K per year.

Personally, I'm not aware of any doctors who don't make lots of money. But you can check out a website like salary.com to see what doctors in various specialties make.
For example, surgeons tend to make more than internists or general practitioners.

All doctors make a lot money. Anesthesiologists make a ton. It takes a load of work and money to make it thru med school.
