I think there's always something true in a legend or story and people just keep adding to it. Maybe somewhere before all the adding ons something did happen to a goat, maybe it was actually just a bat, or maybe it was just a mountain cat or whatever and such.
But if people believe in it they're going to believe in it no matter what you say or do.

No, i don't believe in it. That is just myth and legend just like La Llorona and a bunch of other stuff. There has been reports but nothing has ever been found that proves that is true. We hispanics like to make up stories lol
