Use toilet paper folded nice and thick, or paper towels, or paper napkins. Remember to change liners often and to clean yourself at least twice a day with soap and water to keep from having odors. Ask a neighbor or friend's parent if you can do chores for cash and be responsible for buying your own liners. Sounds like you are not getting the help you deserve at home. Contact me if I can help.

Pantyliners are only two dollars. You can always go to a 99 cent store. If not do what they did in the olden days use tissue.

Use...toilet paper-- think if you were somewhere and you started- that would be the first thing you grab for... Take a lil bit of good ole TP and fold it so its' a lil thick but folded so that its' the same size as a pantyliner.

Or you can ask friends for extras

TP works, but you may want to stock up next trip to the store! A regular pad might do, but sometimes that can get bulky. Carry a few in your purse/backpack (in a cute little mini purse or something, of course so others don't have to see them.)

Certainly you don't live by yourself. Your mom, or a close friend or even your dad (he'll understand) should be able to help you out. If not, try the other people's suggestions.
