I agree with the other 2 posters about the crest white strips. They do indeed work well. The poster that said bleach, please do not think they meant real bleach. They meant a whitening system that "bleaches" the teeth through a process of chemicals to look white. Like crest strips.

The most effective is to go to the dentist and have them bleached. However the Whitening Mouthwash works very well.

find out if you have an irreversible type of staining, like the kind commonly associated with childhood and adolescent use of tetracycline antibiotics. if so, you may need porcelain veneers.
if the staining is not permanent, however, and is just superficial, of the type usually caused by coffee, tobacco, colas, etc., then ordinary peroxide bleaching systems should work, with diligent application.
