1. Your PC is slow, lack of RAM
2. Your connection is slow
3. Your ISP server is slow
4. The web site web server is slow
5. The web site web server does not have a mirror
6. The web site web server is busy with a lot of traffic
7. The web site have too many scripts and large sized files
8. Too many users using your ISP server at the moment
9. Your LAN is slow
10. Too many network devices in between connections of network that is performing checking of packets such as a few firewalls, proxy servers, etc.
