The human body is like a machine. Its performance depends on how you treat it.
Chances are what you eat is not suited to your lifestyle/metabolic rate. That's why the unused portions of carbohydrates are stored in your body - arms and stomach in your case.
The easiest way to do get rid of this extra to switch a meal. I take a meal replacement and have lost extra inches round my waist and some weight. It's not rocket science; it's actually fairly easy. I personally lost around 9kg and may be 4 inches round my waist in a few months; slow and steady. And since I have not gone back to my old inappropriate diet, I'm not going back to my old shape.
If you have time, you can do specific exercises targeting your 'problem areas', and aerobic exercise to keep you in shape, and increase your metabolic rate.
Don't worry, it's just a small change in your lifestyle that will make you healthier and then happier.

Really all that you need to do is some cardio right now. Cardio gets your heart rate up and burns the fat. Try running, or if youre not a big runner then walking, one mile 4-5 times a week. If you keep that up with a balanced diet (lots of water; fruits and vegetables with every meal), you should see results. You can also throw some strength training in there (weights, etc) to build muscle so that once you do burn the fat off, you are actually toned with muscle instead of just thin. If you follow this advice, it should work. I know it is easier said than done but if you really want it, you can do it :)

Well, to get rid of the stomach, sit-ups are a treat! Start aff small by doing around 10 a day, 5 in the morning, 5 at night.....then work up! when you feel more confident, do 10 in the morning and 10 at night- then 20 in am and 20 pm, just work your way up and take your time with it!

Don't see how you can call yourself sexy and cute with all that flab and fat lol. Looked in a mirror lately? Maybe you should have your eye sight checked. Do any men you know agree with your opinion? Try exercising dear and eating less.

Your best bet is to do work outs that will tone both your stomach and arms.
