Easy, tell your brother that your going to kill him if he doesn't lay off the porn sites. You can increase the security settings on your computer to block the porn sites and there are parental control settings that will restrict his access but he will probably figure a way around them. The best way to keep him off of the porn sites is to make sure he understands that it is in his own best interest to do so.

there is lot of software on the net. net nanny etc. but remember parental supervision is essential. Kids soon figure out ways to cheat even the most sophisticated software. I could give some 2 second ways to beat even award winning nanny programs but kids would read these answers too.
