i want to get married but i need my birth certifacate

Get your birth certificate in Thailand because it is the country of your birth. If you cannot go there, request a friend to do it for you. Still, if it not possible ask the embassy to do it for you. You cannot marry considering that the birth certificate is a requirement.

I dont really know your current situtation but i know that if you were born in another counrty then you would have to go to the Hall Of Records in City Hall and tell them your situation. If you have already done that and still can't find a salution than i suggest you go to your country to get that straightened out or your biological parents (if living).Dont get caught in the states without one you will get deported.

In most cases, a passport will be accepted instead of a birth certificate.
