No. He just took away life from another person just to save something that isn't a human yet. I've done extensive research on this for an ethics class that I took, and a lot of those embryos that don't get adopted, get thrown away in the garbage because there's only a certain length of time that you can keep them frozen like that. Yes I understand that some consider this embryo a person already, but not everyone does. He should stop pushing his morality down everybody else's throat. Stem cell research can save a lot of lives and cure diseases that there is no cure for right now. What about Michael J. Fox and r.i.p Christopher Reeve, don't they count too? And the millions of people like them??? Don't they deserve to live a happy life also?

No Mr. Bush is so wrong to veto this. It is so important to this country and the world to do stem cell research. THe man is a fool. Can't wait until he is gone....

Absolutely not. 90 percent of the embryos under consideration would be destroyed in any event. It could very well save millions of lives if we let stem cell research begin. It's quite ironic, that to appease the religious right, who see this as a "right to life" issue, they're willing to sacrifice millions of lives just for the bible thumping photo-op. Shame on Bush!

No. He stated they were babies - they're cells, you bleeping idiot!! The stupid fool is condemning God-only-knows-how-many people to lives of misery and hell because research can't be done on finding a cure when its been scientifically proven that the best hope lies with stem cell research. But, they're babies - what a moron!!!!
