I would like to display on my website an MLS Search with multiple criterias (much like a database search)

HTML won't do you much good here. It will only be used to create the actual search form. All the hard stuff (the actual search) will need to be done in a server side language (php, perl, etc). These languages can be used to search a database, the web, or anything else. If you aren't interested in learning to code in one of these languages, you can try and find a search script that has already been made. HotScripts has a pretty good selection of pre-made scripts in every language.
